هذا الموقع مملوك ومُشغَّل من مكتب عبدالإله ضيف الله سعد اللحيدان للاستشارات الهندسية، ويُعرف تجارياً باسم أساس ألفا للاستشارات الهندسية.

المكتب هو جهة التحكم في البيانات بمفهوم نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
٢. ما البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع البيانات التي تُدخلها بنفسك في نموذج طلب الخدمة فقط:

وسيلة الجمع: نموذج طلب الخدمة على هذا الموقع، ولا نجمع بياناتك من أي مصدر آخر ولا من طرف ثالث.
لا نجمع بيانات حساسة (بيانات صحية أو دينية أو بيومترية)، ولا بيانات مالية أو بطاقات دفع، ولا نستخدم أي وسيلة لتتبّع سلوكك عبر مواقع أخرى.
٣. الأساس النظامي للمعالجة
نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك الصريحة التي تمنحها عند إرسال النموذج. الموافقة اختيارية تماماً، ويمكنك التواصل معنا مباشرةً عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني دون تقديم أي بيانات عبر الموقع.
٤. لماذا نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم بياناتك لغرض واحد فقط: الرد على استفسارك ومناقشة مشروعك.
ونؤكد صراحةً أننا:
- لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة
- لا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية
- لا نرسل لك رسائل ترويجية دون موافقة منفصلة
- لا نستخدمها لأي غرض غير الذي جمعناها لأجله
٥. أين تُحفَظ بياناتك ومَن يطّلع عليها
يصل طلبك إلى بريد المكتب [email protected] عبر مزوّدي الخدمة التاليين:

إفصاح عن النقل خارج المملكة: تمرّ رسالة النموذج عبر خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية لغرض إيصالها فقط. هؤلاء المزوّدون ملتزمون بمعايير حماية بيانات معترف بها دولياً، ولا يستخدمون بياناتك لأغراضهم الخاصة. بإرسالك النموذج فإنك توافق على هذا النقل.
الاطّلاع على بياناتك مقصور على منسوبي المكتب المعنيين بالرد على طلبك.
٦. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الاستفسارات التي لم تتحول إلى تعاقد لمدة اثني عشر (12) شهراً من تاريخ آخر تواصل، ثم تُحذف نهائياً.
أما بيانات المشاريع التي تحوّلت إلى تعاقد فتُحفظ طوال مدة العلاقة التعاقدية، وبعدها وفق المدد النظامية للسجلات التجارية والمهنية في المملكة.
طريقة الإتلاف: تُحذف الرسائل من صندوق البريد ومن سلة المحذوفات، ولا يُحتفظ بنسخ خارج هذا النطاق.
٧. حقوقك
بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك الحق في:

كيف تمارس حقوقك: أرسل طلبك إلى [email protected]، ونستجيب خلال ثلاثين يوماً كحدٍّ أقصى.
إن لم تكن راضياً عن استجابتنا، يحق لك التقدّم بشكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بالإشراف على تطبيق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة.
٨. أمن البيانات
نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، منها تشفير الاتصال بالموقع (HTTPS)، وقصر الوصول إلى البريد على المخوّلين، والتحقق الثنائي على حسابات الخدمات المستخدمة.
٩. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
لا يستخدم هذا الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط لأغراض التتبّع أو الإعلان.
قد تضع منصة الاستضافة ملفات تعريف ارتباط تقنية لأغراض الأمان ومنع الإساءة، ولا تُستخدم للتتبّع أو الإعلان.
يحفظ الموقع تفضيلين اثنين فقط — لغة العرض والوضع الفاتح أو الداكن — في التخزين المحلي (localStorage) داخل متصفحك، ولا يُرسَلان إلى أي خادم ولا يُستخدمان للتعرّف عليك. يمكنك مسحهما في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح.
١٠. خصوصية القاصرين
هذا الموقع موجَّه للتعامل التجاري والمهني، ولا نجمع بيانات ممن هم دون الثامنة عشرة عن قصد. إن علمنا بجمع بيانات قاصر دون موافقة وليّه، نحذفها فوراً.

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر خدماتنا أو المتطلبات النظامية، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. التغييرات الجوهرية تُعلَن على الصفحة الرئيسية.

The firm is the data controller under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
2. What We Collect
We collect only what you enter in the service request form:

Means of collection: the service request form on this website. We do not collect your data from any other source or from any third party.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, religious, or biometric), payment or card data, and we do not track your behaviour across other websites.
3. Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you submit the form. Consent is entirely optional — you may contact us directly by phone or email without submitting any data through this website.
4. Why We Use Your Data
We use your data for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
We explicitly confirm that we:
- Do not sell your data to any party
- Do not share it for marketing purposes
- Do not send promotional messages without separate consent
- Do not use it for any purpose other than the one it was collected for

Cross-border transfer disclosure: Your form message passes through servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia solely for delivery. These providers are bound by internationally recognised data protection standards and do not use your data for their own purposes. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer.
Access to your data is limited to office personnel handling your enquiry.
6. Retention Period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for twelve (12) months from the date of last contact, then permanently deleted.
Data relating to projects that become contracted engagements is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, and thereafter per statutory commercial and professional record-keeping periods in the Kingdom.
Method of destruction: messages are deleted from the mailbox and from the trash folder; no copies are retained outside this scope.
7. Your Rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:

9. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
The hosting platform may set technical cookies for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These are not used for tracking or advertising.
The site stores exactly two preferences — display language and light or dark mode — in your browser's localStorage. They are never sent to any server and are not used to identify you. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for commercial and professional dealings. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If we learn that a minor's data has been collected without guardian consent, we delete it immediately.
